Daniel Francavilla is a creative marketing advisor and brand strategist supporting innovative projects that have a positive impact, helping to make things happen for founders and changemakers.

Daniel is a Certified Brand Strategist, a college educator, a member of the Canadian Marketing Association, and a recipient of a 40 Under 40 Award.

In 2023, Daniel launched The Good Growth Company an upskilling company for non-profit organizations and purpose-driven businesses seeking to invest in their people to help scale their mission. 

Daniel founded creative agency Now Creative Group in 2013, which was acquired by King Street Media in 2021. Now received a Business Excellence Award, CMA Award and RGD Social Good Design Award. The company also launched CreatorClub, a venture-backed platform and studio streamlining the content creation process for creators and brands. As a Strategist, Daniel supports other creatives and marketers working on projects to help entrepreneurs, brands and organizations, ranging from startups to Canada’s largest brands.

Daniel is passionate about helping others to create social change. After travelling to developing countries as a student, he founded a nonprofit organization to help children in the developing world receive an education and to empower local youth to become leaders. Today, ACCESS supports youth who are creating their own projects and organizations for positive social change, and offers mentorship and grants, hosting Bright Ideas Pitches.

After earning a degree in Graphic Design at OCAD University, he completed a certificate in Digital Strategy & Communications Management at the University of Toronto.

Daniel has spoken at various events, conferences and workshops within the Toronto startup scene and local non-profit sector. He teaches at George Brown’s School of Design, at Seneca within the School of Marketing & Media, and at Humber within Continuous Professional Learning. His podcast, Growth for Good, focuses on marketing and communications for the nonprofit space, to help amplify positive impact. Daniel has also mentored students from high school to postsecondary on starting their own initiatives, businesses and careers.
